Paper #3: Our natural microorganisms ("microbiota")
Note: It is important to have read Paper #2 before reading this paper.
1. Problems caused by our natural microorganisms:
We can naturally cure and prevent many problems for which medical science has not identified the cause, or has incorrectly identified the cause, and thus for which it has not found a cure or a means of prevention, but which problems are, in fact, caused by the excess numbers of our natural microorganisms ("microbiota") when they have multiplied too greatly.
We carry in and on all parts of our body MANY TRILLIONS of these microorganisms that are natural for us.
It is estimated that our natural microorganisms comprise about 1% to 3% of our total weight and that their cells outnumber the body’s cells by more than ten times.
In our mouth alone: medical science estimates that there are more natural microorganisms in a healthy mouth than there are people on Earth (approximately 7.2 billion in 2014).
We are meant to have these natural microorganisms. They have been with us ever since we were being formed in our mother’s womb.
They are not foreign invaders that have come into us from the outside (pathogens).
They are essential for our wellbeing, and we could not live without them. They are servants of our body. They help to process the nutrients we have taken in and to keep our systems clean and in good working order. And they help to defeat foreign microorganisms that are harmful, pathogens.
Medical science calls our natural microorganisms "microbiota". And it regards them as being either beneficial or as having no adverse effects.
Although these natural microorganisms are essential for good health, if they multiply too greatly their excess numbers then do become harmful.
And, when this happens, their excess numbers cease to be servants and can be just as harmful as the microorganisms that are not natural for us .. the foreign ones, pathogens (see Paper #2).
In my view, it is the occurrence of excessive numbers of our natural microorganisms when they have multiplied too greatly that is the cause of many problems for which medical science has not identified the cause, or has incorrectly identified the cause, and thus for which it has not found a cure or a means of prevention.
I put many of the following problems into this category of being caused by an excess in the numbers of our natural microorganisms when they have multiplied too greatly: the Common Cold or cold, certain strains of influenza or flu, many types of cancer, all of the diseases that have been classified as "autoimmune" ones (including, for example, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis), migraine, sudden infant death syndrome, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, excessive sweating (called "hyperhidrosis"), humming or buzzing in the ears (called "tinnitus") .. as well as a very long list of other problems in respect of which medical science has not identified the cause, or has incorrectly identified the cause, and thus for which it has not found a cure or a means of prevention.
............
2. Cure and prevention:
The warm, slightly salty (table salt) bath or basin procedure explained in Paper #2 in the context of curing and preventing many of the problems caused by foreign microorganisms that are harmful (pathogens) also works to cure and prevent many of the problems caused by the excess numbers of our natural microorganisms when they have multiplied too greatly.
The body recognises when their numbers have become excessive .. that is, it recognises when their numbers have ceased to be beneficial and have become harmful.
And, if the bath or basin procedure is carried out, the body is able to easily push out the excess numbers, with sweat, via the pores of the skin, into the warm, slightly salty (table salt) water.
The body pushes them out .. and they are happy to exit!
If all of the excess natural microorganisms are pushed out, the problem caused by them is thereby cured .. and, if the procedure is carried out in advance, the problem is thereby prevented from arising in the first place.
If many (but not all) of the excess natural microorganisms are pushed out, the body is then able to deal successfully with the significantly reduced numbers of the remaining ones, thereby curing the problem .. and, if the procedure is carried out in advance, the body is likewise then able to deal successfully with the significantly reduced numbers of the remaining ones, thereby preventing the problem from arising in the first place.
The matters explained in Points 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Paper #2 in relation to the cure and prevention of problems caused by foreign microorganisms that are harmful (pathogens) apply equally to the cure and prevention of problems caused by our natural microorganisms (microbiota) when they have multiplied too greatly and their excess numbers become harmful.

3. Five problems on the above list:
Prior to working out the bath and basin procedures 15 years ago .. that is, in the latter part of 1999 .. I had personally experienced for many years the following five problems on the list in Point 1 above: (1) The Common Cold or cold, (2) Influenza or flu, (3) Chronic fatigue syndrome, (4) Excessive sweating ("hyperhidrosis"), and (5) A humming or buzzing noise in my ears ("tinnitus").
By carrying out the bath procedure (not the basin procedure) in the latter part of 1999, I cured ALL five problems at that time.
It took about three weeks, carrying out the bath procedure every couple of days, to achieve the full cure of all five .. but I began noticing the improvements within just a few days after having commenced the procedure.
And, by carrying out the bath or basin procedure on a fairly regular basis since then, the results during the whole of this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014) have also been stunning:
Colds: I have hardly had a cold in this period of 15 years .. perhaps only five or six of them in total, each time after having become cold or wet. They were very light colds and I was able cure them very quickly. Whereas, prior to working out the bath and basin procedures, I experienced every year approximately three or four heavy colds and five or six light colds.
Flu: Nor have I had the flu, not a single one, in this period of 15 years. Whereas, prior to working out the bath and basin procedures, I experienced the flu approximately every 12 to 18 months.
Chronic fatigue syndrome: Nor have I had any chronic fatigue in this period of 15 years. Whereas, prior to working out the bath and basin procedures, I experienced severe chronic fatigue syndrome for many years. This was very debilitating and greatly affected my life.
Excessive sweating ("hyperhidrosis"): Nor have I had any excessive sweating in this period of 15 years. Since working out the bath and basin procedures, I actually sweat less than most other people do. Whereas, prior to working out the procedures, I sweated unbelievably incredibly profusely, especially on my face, for many years. The temperature had only to be just slightly warm in order to turn me into a gushing fountain! This was extremely embarrassing and greatly affected my life.
Humming or buzzing noise in my ears ("tinnitus"): Nor have I had any humming or buzzing noise in my ears during this period of 15 years. I make sure that, when carrying out the bath procedure, I lie back in the tub so that the warm, slightly salty (table salt) water goes into my ears. Whereas, prior to working out the bath procedure, I had a slight humming or buzzing noise in my ears for many years.
............
The symptoms of these five problems that I experienced were VERY different.
But they ALL shared exactly the SAME underlying root cause, an excess in the numbers of my natural microorganisms because they had multiplied too greatly.
And so, by carrying out the bath procedure, I was able fix ALL of them 15 years ago (1999).
And since then, by carrying out the bath or basin procedure on a fairly regular basis, I have succeeded in preventing the return of any of them.
............
An explanation of the VERY different symptoms for the five problems even though they ALL shared exactly the SAME underlying root cause, an excess in the numbers of my natural microorganisms because they had multiplied too greatly:
(1) Common Cold or cold symptoms: If we become cold or wet .. for example, if we stand out in the rain and then stay in our wet clothes .. we are likely to develop a cold.
Ditto if we fall asleep with a draught on us, or if we fall asleep without enough blankets to keep us warm throughout the night, or if the seasons change, or if there is a change of weather, or if we travel to a location that has a climate which is different from the one we left.
In each of these cases, the surrounding environment for our natural microorganisms has changed. The new environment is colder, or warmer, or wetter, or dryer, than the previous one was.
There are then two effects of this change in the surrounding environment for our natural microorganisms: (a) The multiplication of the ones that are suited to the new environment, and (b) The deaths of the ones that were suited to the previous environment but are not suited to the new environment.
To deal with these two effects, our body pushes out or kills the excess numbers of the new natural microorganisms that have multiplied too greatly (to ensure their numbers remain beneficial and do not become harmful), and our body pushes out the dead previous natural microorganisms.
Thus the symptoms of a cold, as the body pushes out some and kills others; and as it pushes out the dead ones.
If the bath or basin procedure is carried out on a fairly regular basis, or if it is carried out whenever the surrounding environment for your natural microorganisms has changed (for example, with a change of seasons or weather), then you will prevent colds from arising in the first place.
And, if the procedure is carried out as soon as the first signs of a cold begin to appear, you will cure it very quickly and it will not develop into a full cold.
In my own case, by carrying out the bath and basin procedures since 1999, I have drawn the excess numbers of natural microorganisms from my body .. and, as a consequence, I have hardly experienced a cold in this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014)!
(2) Flu symptoms: What I have just said about the cause of colds also applies to the cause of certain strains of flu.
I think most of us carry in our body, all the time, certain strains of flu virus as natural microorganisms.
And we experience no problems from them until their surrounding environment changes, causing them to multiply greatly, causing our body to deal with their excess numbers, thereby causing the flu symptoms which we experience.
Again, by carrying out the bath or basin procedure, we can prevent the flu from these natural strains arising in the first place .. or, if we tackle the problem when the first symptoms arise, we can cure it very quickly.
In my own case, by carrying out the bath and basin procedures since 1999, I have drawn the excess numbers of natural microorganisms (including the natural strains of flu virus) from my body .. and, as a consequence, I have not experienced a single flu in this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014). Thus zero flu from these natural strains .. and zero need for any flu injections!
Please note that other strains of flu virus can come into us from the outside; they are foreign to us (pathogens) and are therefore dealt with in Paper #2. Again, as a consequence of carrying out the bath or basin procedure, I have not experienced any of these foreign strains of flu in this period of 15 years. Thus zero flu from these foreign strains .. and zero need for any flu injections!
(3) Chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms: My body was simply overloaded with the excess numbers of my natural microorganisms because they had multiplied too greatly.
They were consuming the nutrients my body needed, causing me to feel fatigued.
And my body was working overtime trying to deal with their excess numbers, adding to the fatigue.
By carrying out the bath procedure in 1999, I drew the excess numbers of natural microorganisms from my body and thereby cured my chronic fatigue syndrome.
And, by carrying out the bath and basin procedures on a fairly regular basis since then, I have not experienced any chronic fatigue in this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014). Thus zero chronic fatigue syndrome!
(4) Excessive sweating ("hyperhidrosis") symptoms: Again, my body was simply overloaded with the excess numbers of natural microorganisms because they had multiplied too greatly.
It was trying to push out the excess numbers, with sweat, via the pores of the skin, whenever it could.
And my body took the opportunity of a slightly warm-to-hot day .. or a slightly warm-to-hot room .. to create the sweat to do this*.
*See the below Note.
Thus my unbelievably incredibly profuse sweating, especially on my face, even when the temperature was only just slightly warm.
By carrying out the bath procedure in 1999, I drew the excess numbers of natural microorganisms from my body and thereby cured my excessive sweating.
And, by carrying out the bath and basin procedures on a fairly regular basis since then, I have not experienced any excessive sweating in this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014). Thus zero excessive sweating!
*Note: On a humid day the air is full of moisture. This moisture attracts to it a lot more sodium chloride than is in the air on a dry-heat day .. because water (H2O) and sodium chloride (NaCl) attract each other, which is why your salt shaker (but not your pepper shaker) can become blocked on a humid day. Microorganisms are attracted to the combination of warm, moist air containing more sodium chloride than usual because this is similar to the environment they enjoy inside the body, as explained in Paper #2. And this makes it a lot easier for the body to push out harmful microorganisms .. both: (a) The foreign microorganisms (pathogens) as explained in Paper #2, and (b) The excess numbers of our natural microorganisms (microbiota) when they have multiplied too greatly as explained in this Paper #3 .. on a humid day than on a dry-heat day. It is for this reason (the body's pushing out of harmful microorganisms) that most of us sweat more on a humid day with a LOW temperature than we do on a dry-heat day with a HIGH temperature. In other words, this sweating is NOT to cool us down; rather it is part of the body’s mechanism to push out, with sweat, via the pores of the skin, harmful microorganisms .. that is, by taking advantage of the warm, moist air containing more sodium chloride than usual that occurs on a humid day.
(5) Humming or buzzing noise in my ears ("tinnitus") symptoms: The slight humming or buzzing in my ears was caused by the excess numbers of my natural microorganisms because they had multiplied too greatly.
My body was trying to push out the excess numbers from lots of different places, including from my ears .. thus the humming or buzzing noise.
By carrying out the bath procedure (making sure that the water went into my ears) in 1999, I drew the excess numbers of natural microorganisms from my body (including from my ears) and thereby cured the humming or buzzing.
And, by carrying out the bath procedure (making sure that the water goes into my ears) on a fairly regular basis since then, I have not experienced any humming or buzzing in this period of 15 years (1999 to now 2014). Thus zero humming or buzzing in my ears!
............
4. Different symptoms but same underlying root cause:
Because these five problems on the list in Point 1 above had different symptoms, they were therefore regarded by Doctors as being different medical conditions.
But the different symptoms ALL shared exactly the SAME underlying root cause .. an excess in the numbers of my natural microorganisms when they had multiplied too greatly.
And thus they were ALL able to be cured in exactly the same way .. by carrying out the bath procedure every couple of days for about three weeks in the latter part of 1999.
And, over the last 15 years (1999 to now 2014), they have ALL been prevented from returning in exactly the same way .. by carrying out the bath or basin procedure on a fairly regular basis.
The same underlying root cause .. that is, an excess in the numbers of our natural microorganisms when they have multiplied too greatly .. applies to: (a) Many of the other problems listed in Point 1 above, and (b) Many other problems for which medical science has not identified the cause, or has incorrectly identified the cause, and thus for which it has not found a cure or a means of prevention.
I am therefore confident that many of these problems are also capable of being cured and prevented by carrying out the bath or basin procedure.
............
5. Need for medical research:
Because the above ideas are novel, they have not yet been examined and tested by medical science.
It is my hope that the ideas will soon be examined and tested by medical research institutes, hospitals, university medical schools, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare companies and other organisations.
............
6. Risk of possible adverse side-effects:
For all treatments recommended in this Paper #3, I repeat the warning in Point 3 of Paper #1:
"Almost all medical treatments carry with them the risk of possible adverse side-effects, either for all people or just for some people.
It is therefore VERY important that, before carrying out any of the treatments recommended in the papers, you first check with your Doctor that it will be safe for you to do.
This is especially important if you are very ill, if you are pregnant or might be pregnant, if you are elderly, or if you are taking any prescribed medication.
I am not a Doctor. And, as we all know, medical science is extremely complex. So, please make sure you first check with your Doctor before carrying out any of the recommended treatments.
And if, after commencing a treatment, you believe it might be causing an adverse side-effect, you should immediately stop the treatment and check with your Doctor."
............
That concludes Paper #3.
Next is Paper #4, in which I explain the importance of our sweaty areas and why we should not block or partially block them.
